As the General Manager of Stratus Systems, Jacob leads the organization with a focus on operational excellence, disciplined project delivery, and a strong culture of accountability. A University of Texas Alumni with over two decades of industrial systems integration, construction management, and corporate leadership, Jacob guides the team with both strategic direction and practical expertise.

Richard is the EHS and Quality Manager at Stratus, where he supports daily operations, works closely with facilities teams, and helps ensure safety and quality meet the high standards the work requires. Before moving into the semiconductor industry, he spent 15 years as a Firefighter Paramedic, bringing real-world problem-solving and calm under pressure to everything he does. With eight years of semiconductor safety experience, he combines technical expertise with practical, people-focused solutions. Richard is known for a steady, supportive leadership style that keeps teams aligned and productive while maintaining a clear focus on doing the job safely and correctly.

Carlos Madrid is an experienced high-purity piping and orbital welding specialist with over 25 years in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. Throughout his career, he has served as a Foreman, Superintendent, Fabrication Manager, and Construction Coordinator, leading complex installations of ultra-high purity gas and chemical systems in cleanrooms and advanced manufacturing environments.

Carlos is known for his strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. He has managed large crews, overseen fabrication shop operations, and coordinated major projects for companies such as Total Facility Solutions, Kinetics, M+W Zander, and DSI. His background includes extensive training in orbital welding, UHP principles, contamination control, and OSHA safety standards.

Mike is an accomplished BIM Manager and Piping Designer with extensive experience in integrating advanced 3D modeling technologies into complex industrial and infrastructure projects. He is proficient in multiple design software platforms and has a proven ability to lead BIM workflows that enhance collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Throughout his career, Mike has been recognized for his precision, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to efficiency, ensuring that projects are delivered with accuracy and reliability. His expertise lies in streamlining design coordination, reducing risk, and driving innovation through Building Information Modeling practices that align with organizational goals. Starting his career in the piping and plumbing trades, Daniel has worked his way through every stage of the craft, giving him a hands-on understanding of what it takes to deliver complex, production-critical projects with precision and reliability.

Daniel is committed to exceeding customer expectations on every job, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Just as important, he is passionate about mentoring the next generation of builders.
